CountyCare is a no-cost Illinois Medicaid managed care health plan for Cook County residents. CountyCare provides access to many types of care, from preventative to specialty, and also covers services like prescriptions and transportation. The project consisted of defining the brand, promoting the health plan and encouraging applications. In 2019 our team introduced a new, more effective way to reach the diverse target audiences and grow the plan, especially among parents and adults aged 20-40. We shifted away from a standard consumer benefits message that had been used widely in the market. We introduced a new message in a more relatable tone with authentic photography.

My role as a designer ranged from developing the campaign concept to creating campaign materials such as banners, bus kings and shelters, posters, digital ads, social media creative and website visuals. Our team was comprised of a creative director, an account manager, account associates, designers and freelancers.
